2. Services Provided
Curvivo offers paid, email-based educational courses designed for personal enrichment. Each course is delivered via email over a specified period following purchase. No user account is required to access the services.
3. Eligibility

4. Purchases and Payment
Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
Each course is purchased separately.
All prices include VAT for private individuals (consumers).
For companies with a valid tax number, purchases may be invoiced without VAT, in accordance with applicable EU VAT rules.
To fulfill your order, we collect your name (personal or company), email address, billing address, and company tax number (if applicable) for invoicing.
5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.

The courses offered by Curvivo constitute digital content supplied electronically.
By purchasing a course and expressly requesting immediate access or commencement of delivery before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you acknowledge and agree that:
* delivery of the digital content may begin immediately after purchase;
* you expressly consent to such performance commencing before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
* once performance has begun, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
Where applicable law requires additional consent or confirmation, Curvivo will obtain such consent during the checkout process.
6. Refund Policy
As our courses consist of digital content delivered electronically by email, refund rights are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Consumers residing in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, unless the right of withdrawal has been lost in accordance with applicable law due to the commencement of the supply of digital content with the consumer’s prior express consent.
